If you were told that a City Councilman in a city the size of Lincoln, NE had voted to allow concealed guns in abused women shelters, you would probably think it was a joke.

Unfortunately, none of this is a joke. Lincoln City Councilman Ken Svoboda has a long record of poor decisions, unfinished work, unpaid bills, and poor representation.

One incident might be forgiven as a mistake, but soon several turn into a pattern. Councilman Ken Svoboda has accumulated a lengthy record of bad decisions, bad business, and bad government. Each time a new embarrassment comes to light, Ken is quick to offer excuses and explain it away as a mistake but the people of Lincoln deserve better. They deserve to know the truth.

Every time he gets caught, he gives excuses like, "It was a mistake," or, "It was a misunderstanding," or "It was somebody else's problem."
