In April 1995, Ray's Lawn & Home Care, the company Ken Svoboda was the General Manager of, was sued by National Bank of Commerce for for $1712.45, plus interest.

The company which Ken Svoboda was managing had not been paying the monthly bill for a Visa business credit card.
