In May 2004, Ken Svoboda signed a contract to buy a stereo system, two televisions, and a video camera on credit.

The only problem is that he didn't make his payments and the finance company had to sue him to recover their money.

In January 2005, Ken Svoboda was ordered by the Lancaster County Court to pay $8216.35, plus interest.
