Ken Svoboda Violates Campaign Law
A complaint against Ken Svoboda's City Council Campaign was filed with the Nebraska Accountability and Disclosure Commission on Friday, March 27, 2009.
The complaint charges that Svoboda's campaign failed to provide the required "Paid For" disclaimer on a mailing.
According to Nebraska Democratic Party Legal Counsel, Jeff Kirkpatrick, "It is at the heart of Nebraska election law that you’re accountable for the material that you send out."
Failing to follow the law demonstrates poor judgment.
