State Tax Lien Filed Against Svoboda

The Nebraska Department of Revenue filed a tax lien against Ken Svoboda's company, Ray’s Lawn and Home Care Inc., for $74,522 in state taxes resulting from a three-year audit conducted in January 2008. The lien was filed with the Lancaster County Register of Deeds this week.

Everybody else understands that you have to pay taxes. Why doesn't Ken Svoboda?
