Votes to Allow Guns in Domestic Violence Shelters and Substance Abuse Centers

In August 2006, the City Council considered a law that would make it unlawful to possess firearms or dangerous weapons in domestic violence and substance abuse facilities or shelters in addition to city and/or county facilities.

Ken Svoboda voted no.
