Svoboda Voted to Raise Taxes on Lincoln’s Car Owners

In 2003, Ken Svoboda voted to raise the tax on Lincoln car owners.

This Ordinance would adopt three incremental increases in the wheel tax effective January 1, 2004, 2007, and 2010. These increases would increase the wheel tax on an automobile from the current $39 to $54 annually in 2010 with similar percentage increases for other vehicles.

Ken Svoboda voted yes.
